This was one of two bulldogs that I painted for the town of Batavia. This statue won the "Best in Show" peoples' choice award out of 25 painted dogs for the town of Batavia. My design was inspired by Fermilab (Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory) located in Batavia, IL. All of the dogs were placed around the town for the summer of 2011 before being auctioned.
